Worst airline.....read the fine print, no date changes allowed unless full business flex.......my friend passed away unexpectedly in an accident and I needed to move my flight to attend the funeral, this was not possible, not even a flight credit......lost two tickets at $28k HKD. The airline lacks any empathy and has a terrible customer experience.

Firstly there are premium economy seats better than those seats and have you not seen first class from major international plays? Singapore emirates even British Airways is better than that in first class.🤯🤬

you are going to find excellent Indian food on any flight heading to India on any airline outside of india as long as you depart from the UK. The best Indian food outside of India is in the UK. If this AC flight originated from YYZ, this would have been a different outcome....

Yes. When flying to Hawaii, the obese flight attendents went immidiatly to their sleeping areas, and stayed there the entire flight.

Both products look genuinely world class. They must be the best First and Business products from a European carrier while Business looks as good as anything from the likes of Qatar, Singapore or Cathay. Air France should be justifiably proud considering legacy European carriers aren't generally at the forefront these days.
